Lirio Lodge is an Eco Tent Camp with amenities such as shared bathroom, eco-bungalows with private bathroom and hot water, restaurant on the water, hammock area, canoes, gardens, peace and nature.
Lirio Lodge is 100% sustainable and environmentally friendly, so it uses electrical energy from solar panels, the engines of our boats are fully modern and environmentally friendly.
Eco Tents
Ever been camping? Remember how your tent protected you from the rain and insects but let in all the wonderful sounds of nature? This is the concept of our tents, but you do not have to sleep on the ground. The walls of the tents are built with strong material, but different from the traditional tents each with its door and windows. Inside the floors are polished wood, has a large deck and solar powered lamps.
Eco-Bungalow
Enjoy an evening in paradise in our comfortable bungalows, equipped with hot water, solar energy, very comfortable beds, and large gardens in front of the deck. These bungalows are ideal for couples, families or a person who wants to spend time in harmony with nature.
The packages includes round transportation San Jose-Lirio-Lodge- San Jose (The pick ups and drop offs can be modified on request, it can have an extra charge).

First Day:
5:45 a.m. Our Pick Ups will start by picking you in their hotels and then continue heading to the Caribbean of Costa Rica, crossing the Braulio Carrillo National Park, which is located in the Central Volcanic Cordillera which is surrounded by Poas volcanoes, Barva, Irazu and Turrialba; this park is covered 95% by rainforest.
8:20 a.m. Spend time at local restaurant and enjoy a delicious costarrican breakfast, then continue the journey to the Goshen dock in Bataan.
11:45 a.m. You will be arriving to Lirio Lodge where you can admire beautiful gardens and stay in clean and comfortable eco-tents or in the 100% eco-sustainable eco-bungalows.
12:30 p.m. Lunch will be serve, and after a short rest you will visit the turtle protection and conservation project and walk along the trails next to the beach.
Completed with the activities return to Lirio Lodge, where you can enjoy our rest areas, read a good book, take pictures, or for the more energetics maybe some exercise with our canoes.
7:00 pm Enjoy a delicious dinner.
Second Day:
Early in the morning you will be woken up by the bird’s singing; announcing the new day. With everyone up the canals tour will begin, you will be able to see and explore the lagoon and all the tropical paradise.
After all the trip, you will return to Lirio Lodge where the breakfast will be ready for enjoying.
11:00 a.m. You will be transported in boat to the dock where their bus will be waiting to take them to San Jose.

Early in the morning you will be woken up by the birds singing; announcing the new day. With everyone up the canals tour will begin, you will be able to see and explore the lagoon and all the tropical paradise. After all the trip, you will return to Lirio Lodge where the breakfast will be ready.
9:15 a.m. You will have a trip to our trail named El Congo. The trip will be about 2 hours and in all the way our guide will provide the customers with all the information along the way.
11:45 a.m. You will go back to Lirio Lodge to rest.
12:45 p.m. The lunch will be served, after it you can explore the trails or just relax in the property.
7:00 p.m. Dinner will be served for your enjoyment.

Turtle Tour
Departure every day from 7:45 pm to 10:00 pm from the Lirio Lodge pier. It consists of a guided walk along the beach, where the guide will explain the importance of the protection and conservation of these magnificent species that are endangered.
Spawning Season: Leatherback: March to July. Green: July to September. Hawksbill April to July.
Canals Night Tour
Come discover the wonderful nocturnal fauna of these channels, where you will find different species of animals unique to this region. Many animals will only appear at night, this tour will give you the chance of look at them.
