Both of these Penthouses are 1800 sq. ft. The luxurious penthouses are located on top of the west wing of the La Mansion Inn, which was completed in December 2004. Each suite offers a large balcony with absolutely stunning views of the Pacific Ocean, Manuel Antonio National Park and the surrounding jungle. In addition, Penthouse # 1 offers a separate 725 sq. ft. sundeck. The living rooms are beautifully appointed with dining area, television, stereo system, telephone and safe deposit box.
The bedroom offers a king-size bed with fine furnishings from Sarchí, crystal chandeliers, Jacuzzi a double bathroom and a rich art collection. Upon request, a queen size bed can be added to the living room. Both suites offer some of the highest views of the area and are about 500 feet above sea level. In December of 2012 the magnificent Cousteau Suite became the newest addition to the La Mansion Inn inventory of suites. Measuring no less than 100M2, this spacious area boasts a large bedroom, sizeable living room and a separate dining area with plenty space to spare for an extra queen size bed should this be needed.
The suite bathroom measures almost 4×4 meters (150 square feet) and is equipped with a state-of-art Jacuzzi with two shower heads. This modern bathroom is also equipped with an additional shower and fully conforms to Costa Rica’s handicapped access (Law #7600).
Located right of the parking lot, lobby and restaurant, the Cousteau Suite is conveniently situated for the elderly or for those who may be slightly handicapped. At the same time, you will find that the Cousteau Suite is extremely secure while still providing a partial ocean and jungle view.
